hydroponics system 03 pH

On the other hand, we have the Hydroponic System nutrient controller. This automatic fertigation system is ideal for all types of crops, especially for hydroponic crops, and is adaptable to water tanks in terms of volume, both for large and small reservoirs.

It can apply different types of fertilizers and nutrients together while also regulating the pH of the water in the tank.

The control of nutrient and pH dosing is fully automated through continuous conductivity monitoring, obtaining a solution with the desired conductivity for our client.

By dissolving nutrients in water, plant roots can absorb them more efficiently. When nutrients are introduced into the water supply, soil is not required for the plant to thrive. Almost any terrestrial plant can grow under this system, although its advantages are more pronounced in some plants than others.

This soilless cultivation technique avoids the typical obstacles found in traditional agriculture. The use of different substrates allows for greater control over factors affecting plant growth, such as oxygenation and nutrition. Additionally, this method provides the plant with the essential elements needed for optimal growth.

Basically, hydroponic cultivation is recommended when there are no soils with the necessary agricultural properties for proper plant development. Hydroponics is always a soilless agricultural system, but not all soilless crops are hydroponic. Many types of soilless cultivation do not use the mineral solutions required for hydroponic crops.

Our Hydroponic System comes equipped with a complete installation kit, including:

hydroponics system 11 EC

The Hydroponic System ProsystemAqua has the following simple operation.

  1. Turning on the Hydroponic System.

Once the controller is installed and connected to power, we proceed to program the fertilizer controllers by adjusting the set point and proportional fertilizer flow of each controller. Then, we set the pH set point and select pH Down (acidic) or pH Up (alkaline) mode. We verify that the pH and EC probes are calibrated.
  2. Water recirculation in the manifold.

The water tank recirculation controller must be activated simultaneously with the Hydroponic System controller.
  3. Conductivity measurement.

The EC probe detects the conductivity in the water and displays it on the controller screen.
  4. Fertilizer dosing.

The A, B, C conductivity control dosing controllers draw from the fertilizer containers through the suction filter.
  5. Fertilizer injection.

The controllers dose fertilizers through the injection valves, which are incorporated into the water recirculation manifold.
  6. pH measurement.

The pH probe continuously measures the water value and displays it on the controller screen.
  7. pH regulator dosing.

The pH regulator controller draws from the pH Down or pH Up bottle and doses through the injector until the programmed set point is reached.
  8. Irrigation controller activation.

The irrigation controller can be automatically activated by a timer once the EC and pH values are adjusted and stable.
  9. OPTIONAL

  10. Level probe for water level regulation in the tank.
  11. Filling solenoid valve, which will be activated by the Hydroponic System via the level probe.
  12. Flow sensor, which deactivates the Hydroponic System in case of water shortage in the manifold.
