Analog control

“pH&Ec PLUS controller” is a continuous control and measurement system for Ec and pH in water tanks, in addition to controlling the recirculation pump, irrigation pump, and water temperature.

The controller, through two pumps A and B for nutrients and a third pump for pH, automatically and precisely regulates the fertilizers and pH of the water tank, adjusting the Ec and pH value programmed in the controller.

Each pump is independently and proportionally adjustable, with a flow rate of 0-2 liters/hour.

It has two independent irrigation programmers, one for the recirculation pump and one for the irrigation pump.

Includes temperature control to connect the cooling or heating system, displaying the water temperature on a screen.

Also performs automatic water filling through a level sensor that activates the solenoid valve installed on the panel.

Operation of pH&Ec PLUS CONTROLLER ProSystemAqua.

1. Controller Startup:

   Once the panel is installed and connected to power, we proceed with programming:
   1. 1. pH Regulator Programming:
   2. A- Set the desired pH value in the water
   3. B- Select the operating mode: pH down (acidic) or pH up (alkaline)
   4. C- Proceed with calibration.
   5. D- Adjust the proportional flow rate of the pH pump.
   6. 2. Ec Regulator Programming:
   7. A- Set the desired Ec value on the controller.
   8. B- Program temperature compensation, time alarm, and air alarm.
   9. C- Proceed with calibration.
   10. D- Adjust the proportional flow rates of pumps A and B.

2. Water Recirculation:

   Connect the water recirculation pump to the controller and program the desired times and sequences.

3. Irrigation System:

   Connect the irrigation pump to the controller and program the desired times and sequences.

4. Automatic Water Filling System:

   Install the level sensor in the water tank to indicate the maximum and minimum water levels.

5. Temperature Control:

   Connect the cooling or heating system to the controller and set the desired water temperature.

6. Ec and pH Measurement:

   The Ec and pH probes detect the conductivity and pH value in the water tank, displaying the values on each program screen.

7. Fertilizer and pH Regulator Suction:

   The controllers draw the product through the suction filter for pH and Ec regulation.

8. Fertilizer Injection:

   The controller doses fertilizer through the collector injection valve until the Ec value set on the controller is reached in the water tank.

9. pH Regulator Injection:

   Once the Ec is stabilized, the controller doses the pH regulator through the collector injection valve until the programmed pH value is reached in the water tank.
