pH&Ec PLUS CONTROLLER

The “pH&Ec PLUS Controller” is a continuous Ec and pH monitoring and control system for water reservoirs, in addition to controlling the recirculation pump, irrigation pump, and water temperature.

The controller, through two pumps A and B for nutrients and a third pump for pH, automatically and very precisely adjusts the fertilizers and pH of the water reservoir, according to the Ec and pH value set in the controller.

Each pump can be adjusted independently and proportionally, with a flow rate of 0-2 liters/hour.

It comes with two independent irrigation programmers, one for the recirculation pump and another for the irrigation pump.

It integrates a temperature control system to connect the water cooling or heating system, displaying the water temperature on a screen.

It also automates water filling through a level sensor that activates the solenoid valve installed on the panel.

Applications: hydroponics, aquaponics, nurseries, vertical gardens, home gardens, gardening centers, aquariums, grow shops... Any facility that requires regulation of the Ec and pH of the water.

Included in the box: The controller is delivered fully installed on a plexiglass panel, where you only need to connect the input and output water hose of the recirculation pump through simple quick connections.

It comes with an impurity filter for the pH and Ec probes.

Air alarm sensor for the Ec probe and flow sensor that deactivates dosing in case of water shortage.

Water level sensor and filling solenoid valve installed on the panel.

Includes 50ml calibration bottle pH 7, 20ml calibration sachet 1.430 ms. Filters and suction tubes for the nutrient and pH container.

Operation of the pH&Ec PLUS CONTROLLER by ProSystemAqua.

Turning on the controller:
Once the panel is placed and connected to power, we proceed to programming:

1. Programming of the pH regulator:
A- Set the desired value for the water
B- Set the working mode: pH down (acidic) or pH Up (alkaline)
C- Proceed to calibration
D- Adjust the proportional flow of the pH pump

2. Programming of the Ec regulator:
A- Set the desired Ec value for the water in the controller
B- Program temperature compensation, time alarm, and air alarm
C- Proceed to calibration
D- Adjust the proportional flows of pumps A and B

Water recirculation:
Connect the water recirculation pump to the controller and program the desired times and sequences
Irrigation system:
Connect the irrigation pump to the controller and program the desired times and sequences
Automatic water filling system:
Install the level sensor in the water reservoir to indicate the maximum and minimum water level in the reservoir
Temperature control:
Connect the cooling or heating system to the controller and set the desired water temperature
Conductivity and pH measurement:
The Ec and pH probes detect the conductivity and pH value in the water reservoir and are displayed on each programmer's screen
Fertilizer and pH regulator aspiration:
The controllers suck the product through the aspiration filter, for pH and Ec regulation
Fertilizer injection:
The controller doses the fertilizer through the injection valve of the collector until reaching the Ec value we have set in the controller in the water reservoir
pH regulator injection:
Once the Ec is stabilized, the controller doses the pH regulator through the injection valve of the collector until reaching the pH value we have set in the controller in the water reservoir
