Analog Control

“pH&Ec controller” is a continuous system for monitoring and measuring Ec and pH levels in water tanks using two pumps A and B for nutrients and a third pump for pH. It automatically and very precisely regulates fertilizers and pH in the water tank, adjusting the Ec and pH values programmed into the controller.

Each pump is independently and proportionally adjustable, with a proportional flow rate of 0-2 Liters/hour.

Applications: hydroponics, aquaponics, nurseries, vertical gardens, home gardens, gardening centers, aquariums, grow shops... Any installation that requires Ec and pH regulation in water.

Included in the package: The controller is delivered fully installed on a methacrylate panel, where only the inlet and outlet hoses for the recirculation pump need to be connected using simple quick connections.

It includes an impurity filter for the pH and Ec probes.

Air alarm sensor in the Ec probe and flow sensor that disables dosing in case of water shortage.

Includes a 50ml pH 7 calibration bottle, a 20ml sachet for 1.430 ms calibration, filters, and suction tubes for nutrient and pH containers.

Operation of the new pH&Ec Controller by ProSystemAqua.

1. Turning on the controller:

   Once the panel is installed and connected to power, we proceed with the programming:
   1. 1. Programming the pH regulator:
   2. A- Set the desired value for the water
   3. B- Select the operating mode: pH down (acid) or pH up (alkaline)
   4. C- Proceed with calibration.
   5. D- Adjust the proportional flow rate of the pH pump.
   6. 2. Programming the Ec regulator:
   7. A- Set the desired Ec value in the controller.
   8. B- Program temperature compensation, time alarm, and air alarm.
   9. C- Proceed with calibration.
   10. D- Adjust the flow rates of pumps A and B.

2. Water recirculation:

   Connect the water recirculation pump, operating simultaneously with the “pH&Ec controller” panel, recirculating water through the collector.

3. Conductivity and pH measurement:

   The Ec and pH probes detect conductivity and pH values in the water tank, which are displayed on each controller display.

4. Fertilizer and pH regulator suction:

   The controllers draw product through the suction filter for pH and Ec regulation.

5. Fertilizer injection:

   The controller doses fertilizer through the collector’s injection valve until the programmed Ec value is reached in the water tank.

6. pH regulator injection:

   Once the Ec is stabilized, the controller doses the pH regulator through the collector’s injection valve until the programmed pH value is reached in the water tank.
