The ProSystemAqua pH Regulation Controller allows you to automate the entire process of pH measurement and control. It continuously measures the pH level in the water tank and automatically doses the pH (Down or Up) to maintain the desired level. It is extremely useful for any application where a stable and correct pH is required.

pH Regulation Controller

The operation of the ProSystemAqua pH regulation controller is very simple, as explained below.

1. Turning on the controller

   Once installed and connected to the power supply, we must proceed with the programming of the automatic controller; setting the desired pH value in the water tank. Then, we configure the controller's operating mode to pH Down (acid) or pH Up (alkaline) and check whether the probe is calibrated. If it is not calibrated, we proceed with the calibration.

2. pH Measurement

   The pH measurement in the controller is always continuous. The probe automatically detects the pH level of the water. The corresponding information is displayed on the automatic controller's screen.

3. Suction of pH Down or pH Up

   The controller suctions the product through the tube and the suction filter from the pH Down or pH Up container.

4. Injection of the Product

   The pH regulation controller doses the pH solution through the tube and injects it into the collector's injection valve until the programmed pH value is reached.

5. Adjusted pH

   The ProSystemAqua pH regulation controller will precisely reach the pH value set in the programming. A recirculating water controller must be connected in the tank to properly mix the pH product.
